New Face-Dequan Smith

Dequan Smith..I met a couple of years ago at a time that I had not yet fully explored my passion of photography & graphic art. Yet, during this time, I was quietly researching & learning techniques. In my head I would pretend to be a model scout. (I'm telling you a lot lol right now..but I'm happy to share..it's me :) ) I would see potential models and imagine the greatest of images in my head. 

..At many points along the way of my dreaming, I faced a constant reminder. I was reminded that faith without putting some work behind it, is almost useless. I couldn't keep living in my mind anymore..So, I took the leap into this wonderful photography land. 

It was time to dream during the day and make my imagination come to life!

So, back to Dequan Smith..

The first week of June 2011, I began looking for a new face to capture.  I thought of Dequan, a young man who I found to be quiet, hard working, respectable, and full of potential. I asked him, and thankfully he excitedly said, "YES!"

 So modeling world..I introduce to you a fresh new face that I know you will love (and a recent high school graduate CONGRATULATIONS Dequan!!!).

Just as the images depict a young man finding his way ..I hope you all can enjoy the bright journey this young man is destined to have!

The Beast

The Beast! Why would I title this man such..you ask? My favorite X-Man character besides Storm is The Beast. The Beast is quiet, intelligent, does his job, and is physically on point. Oh..and he is blue lol! Well..model/actor/singer/father/fighter for our country is kinda like the human "Beast" to me. He does a lot of things well. Plus, he has blue eyes! It all works lol. It was great shooting this guy. We will definitely be shooting more in the future.

The True Entertainer

It's great to have people in your life who decide to have go after their dreams. They are determined, full of life, and down right productive people. Chad Franklin is one of these people. Actor, model, host, poet, writer, DJ, and so much more, Chad is ready to become the ultimate Entertainer. The good thing about Chad is that this brother is extremely professional and genuine when it comes to looking out for others. That's not so common in the world of entertainment. Just Because....

Interesting Day.. Interesting Week..and I thank God for it all.. ..the good and the bad..LivinByDesign has had a great launch and I appreciate everyone for their support. Keep spreading the word!
